• $22.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience

Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
(Some overtime available during busy periods.)

As a PM Technician, you'll help customers protect one of the biggest investments in their home by keeping their heating and cooling equipment operating safely and efficiently. You'll perform scheduled maintenance visits, identify developing issues before they become costly repairs, and represent our company with professionalism on every service call.

This position offers the opportunity to learn from experienced technicians while gaining valuable field experience that can lead to advancement into service or other technical roles.

• Complete preventative maintenance visits on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• Inspect system components for proper operation and identify potential concerns
• Clean equipment and perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance procedures
• Record findings and communicate recommendations to customers in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Operate company vehicle safely and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every appointment

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Minimum of 6 months of HVAC field experience or completion of an accredited HVAC training program
• Ability to safely use hand tools and basic HVAC equipment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
• HVAC Technical School diploma or certificate is preferred but not required
