Job Overview A law firm seeks an Estate Planning Attorney in Boise, ID. The role involves assisting clients with estate planning, including wills, trusts, and asset protection, while providing guidance through probate and estate administration. Duties Create comprehensive estate plans for clients. Draft essential documents such as wills and trusts. Guide families through probate and estate administration processes. Meet with clients and occasionally appear in court for uncontested matters. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) and Idaho law license. Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Ability to connect naturally with senior clients. Experience growing up on a farm/ranch (preferred). Background as a parent returning to the workforce (preferred). Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Idaho. Skills Strong communication and client relationship skills. Proficiency in drafting legal documents. Ability to navigate probate and estate administration. Benefits Dog-friendly office environment. Flexible work schedule: Monday through Thursday, 32 hours per week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
