The ideal candidate will have a strong background in steel fabrication and a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standa Key Responsibilities ities Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project life cycle.Facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure project milestones ar e met.Prepare and manage project budgets. Identify and address potential budget overruns and implement corrective actions as n eeded.Prepare and negotiate change order requests beyond original scope.Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and managing internal resource allocation (procurement, detailing, engineering, production, ship ping).Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, submittals, contract documents, change orders, progress reports, and final project deliver Qualifications ations:Minimum of 1 year of structural steel construction related project management involvement with a sound understanding of the structural design process, detailing, specification compliance, scheduling, change management, billings and rep orting.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management and/or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus but not absolutely nec essary.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management software tools. Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeh olders.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective sol utions.Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality r esults.Ability to travel and navigate construction sites as needed.
