Occupational Therapist (OT)

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for performing client evaluations, developing and providing occupational therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each patient. Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice Must be a graduate of an accredited school or program of Occupational Therapy One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred Current CPR if applicable Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) Must meet all federal, state and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Please note that this pay range represents a good faith estimate of the compensation that will be offered for this position based on the circumstances.
