Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the psychosocial needs of seniors.

• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations related to social work practice and client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on elderly clients, helping them address various psychosocial issues including depression, anxiety, grief, and adjustment to aging. You will be instrumental in creating tailored care plans that encompass mental, emotional, and social support specific to the needs of seniors and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field, with a current LCSW license in Colorado.
