Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Mountain Side Health Center, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, identifying both strengths and challenges.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy tailored to the diverse cultural backgrounds and unique needs of clients.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to optimize client outcomes.

• Creating comprehensive treatment plans that include clear goals, interventions, and ongoing progress monitoring.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic care, working closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and additional mental health professionals.

• Offering crisis intervention services, which include conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans for clients in acute distress.
\n
• Advocating for clients' rights and connecting them with appropriate community resources while providing strong case management support.

• Participating in community outreach and engagement activities aimed at raising awareness and reducing the stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
