- Run assigned shifts as the shift manager, keeping guest service and food quality high
- Train, coach, and motivate crew members and team members
- Follow food safety, health, labor, and workplace safety rules
- Help the General Manager with scheduling, inventory, opening and closing, and cash handling
- Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly
- Help control food and labor costs and grow sales
- Communicate clearly with the team and management
- 1+ year of leadership, supervisor, or shift lead experience in a restaurant, fast food, quick service (QSR), or retail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Open availability from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, including weekends
- Able to stand for up to 13 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Dependable, with a lead-by-example attitude
- Food handler or ServSafe certification is a plus
- Hourly pay plus tips
