What You'll Do As a Lube Tech, you are the backbone of our maintenance department. Your primary goal is to provide quick, high-quality service to keep our customers' Toyotas running perfectly.
- Perform routine maintenance: Conduct oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs.
- Multi-Point Inspections: Identify potential issues (brakes, belts, leaks) and communicate them to Service Advisors.
- Maintain Quality: Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently to meet Toyota's high standards.
- Keep it Clean: Maintain a safe and organized workspace.
- Efficiency: A fast learner who can manage their time effectively in a busy shop.
- Reliability: A team player with a strong work ethic and a valid driver's license.
