The role maintains compliance with regulations and standards set by regulatory and accrediting agencies, supporting IU Health’s commitment to excellence in patient safety. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required. Bachelor's Degree in a clinical discipline preferred. 0‑3 years of relevant experience required. 2+ years of experience preferred. Prior experience in a healthcare‑related field preferred. Certification in Infection Control (CIC) or Associate‑Infection Prevention and Control (a‑IPC) required within 2 years of hire; CIC preferred. Knowledge of infectious disease, epidemiology, asepsis, immunology, medical procedures, or medical and environmental microbiology preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
