A company is looking for an Associate, Endpoint Administrator. Key Responsibilities Support, maintain, and optimize the enterprise's physical and virtual endpoint environment Troubleshoot endpoint-related issues and assist with escalations from Service Desk and Endpoint Management teams Implement and enforce endpoint security policies, ensuring compliance with organizational audit requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of industry experience, typically at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level role 2-4 years of hands-on experience in endpoint administration or desktop support Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and advanced proficiency in operating system imaging Solid understanding of basic networking and security principles
