This role offers an experienced accounting leader the opportunity to step into a highly visible position within a growing, dynamic organization. Key Responsibilities Oversee the monthly close, strengthening procedures, reconciliations, and internal controls Work closely with FP&A and senior leadership on forecasting, cash planning, and performance insights that directly influence strategic decisions Management and optimization of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Own treasury and cash management, including liquidity, bank governance, and a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting for leadership and lenders, including MD&A and addback analysis Drive the finance reporting and dashboard strategy, integrating data across financial and payroll systems Oversee payroll accounting, reconciliations, and automation initiatives Lead and develop the accounting team, scaling processes to support growth and acquisitions Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred Demonstrated experience at the Manager, Director, or Controller level Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system preferred Prior experience supporting acquisitions and integration efforts Background in midsize, PE-backed organizations and/or public companies $175,000 – $200,000 base salary plus a 20% annual bonus Hybrid work-from-home flexibility Seniority level: Director Employment type: Full-time Job function: Accounting/Auditing Industries: Technology, Information and Media Benefits: Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Disability insurance Paid maternity leave Paid paternity leave #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
