Job Summary

Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced Level I Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will have strong emergency nursing skills, experience caring for adult and pediatric patients, and the ability to manage trauma, stroke, STEMI, and behavioral health cases.

Responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and treat emergency patients
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency interventions
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to critical situations
• Care for trauma, stroke, STEMI, and behavioral health patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Document patient care accurately in EPIC

Requirements Active Ohio RN License Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI certifications required Experience with EPIC preferred First-time travelers accepted
