What You’ll Do

• Work motivated leads from our massive database with buyers and sellers from, Realtor.com, Google, and Facebook

• Meet with clients, show homes, and guide them through transactions

• Negotiate contracts

• Use our CRM and ai tools to stay organized and efficient

• Take advantage of our office space to work and meet clients

• Participate in team meetings, training, coaching and ongoing development

• Represent our team’s brand and reputation with professionalism

What You Can Earn

• Competitive commission split (including leads, marketing, office space, and admin support)

• Typical full-time agents on our team earn $50,000–$100,000+ annually , based on effort and performance
