Marketing & Social Media

• Manage and execute social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Create and publish content for new listings, open houses, pending sales, sold properties, company culture, and agent achievements.
• Design marketing materials including listing presentations, brochures, postcards, and digital campaigns.
• Assist with newsletters, email marketing campaigns, and CRM communications.
• Coordinate listing photography, signage, lockboxes, and other marketing assets.
• Help develop creative content strategies that increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Capture and create content that highlights our properties, agents, and community involvement.

Office Operations & Team Support

• Manage listing and contract documents within our transaction management system.
• Track critical contract deadlines and communicate important reminders to agents and staff.
• Prepare and send documents for electronic signatures while monitoring completion.
• Assist with agent onboarding, office organization, filing, and inventory management.
• Maintain agent profiles, office rosters, headshots, and internal records.
• Welcome clients and visitors while providing a professional first impression.
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.

What We're Looking For

• Real estate, marketing, or administrative experience preferred (we are willing to train the right candidate).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
• Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, and general office technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and solution-oriented.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
