What We're Seeking:

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Experience working within a school setting strongly preferred
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans for school-aged children
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Enthusiasm for working with a diverse student population
• Strong organizational skills to support service documentation and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students' developmental and functional needs
• Design and implement engaging therapy interventions for students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student success
• Monitor and report student progress toward IEP goals
• Adapt strategies and activities to align with each student's unique strengths and challenges
• Maintain thorough records to ensure compliance with school policies and procedures
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to interdisciplinary teams
