Full-time and part-time positions available
Morning shifts: 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Weekend & holiday availability is expected

Duties

-Set up and maintain the coffee bar each morning
-Prepare coffee, espresso, and other coffee-based beverages to our standards
-Complete opening bar setup and daily beverage preparation
-Assist breakfast servers and hosts throughout the morning
-Provide friendly, attentive service to guests
-Accurately enter orders and transactions into the POS system
-Process guest payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
-Keep the coffee bar and surrounding areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
-Assist with other opening and breakfast-service duties as needed
-Maintain Ruth's Chris standards for cleanliness, presentation, and guest service

What We're Looking For

-Previous barista, coffee-service, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
-Reliable and punctual, especially for early-morning shifts
-Able to multitask and work well with servers, hosts, and other team members
-Detail-oriented with a strong focus on cleanliness and presentation
-Comfortable learning and using a POS system
-A positive, professional attitude and a genuine desire to take care of guests
-We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and work ethic

Requirements:
*Must be able to lift, handle and carry trays, smallwares and equipment weighing up to 35 pounds.
*Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach and squat on a frequent basis to obtain and store food, beverage items, smallwares and service equipment.
*Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees and guests.
