A premier, fast growing roofing company is hiring a Roofing Project Manager in Romeo, MI. This role is for an experienced roofing professional who can take full ownership of the production pipeline from the moment a contract is signed through final installation and customer sign off.
This is a strong fit for someone with hands on residential roofing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage homeowners, crews, subcontractors, materials, schedules, field issues, and project closeout with confidence.

The Role
As the Roofing Project Manager , you will take full custody of each project after the signed contract is handed off. From there, you will manage the full project lifecycle, including materials, logistics, scheduling, installation coordination, punch list walkthroughs, field corrections, homeowner communication, and final approval.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage roofing projects from post sale handoff through final installation
• Order required roofing materials accurately
• Schedule installation dates with homeowners, internal crews, and subcontractors
• Coordinate project timelines and keep work moving smoothly
• Execute and document on site punch list walkthroughs
• Resolve concerns involving clients, installers, and subcontractors
• Own project issues and drive them to completion
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of dedicated project management experience within the roofing industry
• Hands on practical background with residential roofing installations
• Strong understanding of roofing production and installation flow
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable handling issues with homeowners, installers, and subcontractors
