Mechanical Field Service Technician

Digital Print Mechanical Service TechnicianBHS Corrugated is looking for a Digital Print Mechanical Service Technician to support our industrial Digital Print equipment at a customer facility in Zionsville, IN.This is a hands-on industrial mechanical role — not an office printer/copier technician position.What You'll DoTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial Digital Print equipmentPerform preventative maintenance and mechanical serviceWork with hydraulic and pneumatic systemsRead and interpret mechanical drawingsCommunicate directly with customers to diagnose and resolve equipment issuesSupport installations, repairs, and service needs at other customer locations when requiredComplete service reports and other required documentationWhat We're Looking ForIndustrial mechanical or maintenance experienceStrong mechanical troubleshooting skillsExperience with hydraulics and pneumaticsAbility to read mechanical drawingsStrong communication and customer-service skillsTechnical/trade school or associate degree preferredCorrugated, printing, converting, or similar industrial equipment experience is a plusLocation & TravelThis position will be primarily based at our Zionsville customer site, with most of your time dedicated to supporting the Digital Print machine located there.Travel will still be required as needed to support other BHS customer sites throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy troubleshooting industrial equipment, and want a role with a primary home site while still getting opportunities to travel, we'd like to hear from you.
