We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Health Information Technician to join New Paradigm Staffing , supporting healthcare partners with digital record accuracy and data quality.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about data integrity and compliance within the healthcare environment.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and update electronic health information
- Process patient documentation and ensure format compliance
- Assist with data audits and corrections
- Support release-of-information and chart maintenance needs
- Protect patient information following HIPAA
