X-LAB is the in-house performance bicycle line by XDS, which has quietly become the world's largest and most vertically integrated bicycle manufacturer and the largest maker of carbon fiber frames, supplying many of the top brands in cycling and mobility.

Senior Designer

XDS is seeking a versatile, hands-on Senior Designer to help shape how X-LAB shows up across products, dealers, events, and digital channels. You'll work across bicycle product graphics and color concepts, dealer kits and retail materials, event and merchandise design, social media, and broader brand design. You'll take projects from early ideas through production, collaborating with U.S. and global teams and external partners. You will report to the Head of Design, USA. This role is a great fit for a flexible, open-minded designer who can manage multiple priorities and is eager to learn and grow with a fast-moving performance bicycle brand.

This position is onsite in Santa Monica CA 5 days a week.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to bicycle product graphics and color-and-graphics concepts, collaborating with product and design teams.
• Prepare clear, production-ready artwork and specifications for internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage several projects at once, keeping priorities, timelines, and details on track.
• Share ideas, respond constructively to feedback, and help strengthen the X-LAB visual identity as the brand evolves.
• Design dealer kits and retail materials, including signage, displays, decals, bike tags, and other point-of-sale assets.
• Develop creative for events, merchandise, and dealer programs, and follow projects through samples, production, and delivery.
• Create social media graphics, campaign assets, and reusable content templates.
• Support brand design across digital, print, retail, and customer-facing materials.

You're a Great Fit With:

• 5+ years of professional design experience, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Experience across multiple design areas, such as brand, graphic, retail, product, or marketing design.
• Strong visual judgment, with a deep understanding of typography, layout, color, and brand consistency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Comfort pushing multiple projects and shifting priorities forward in a fast-moving environment.

You're a Spectacular Fit With:

• A portfolio that shows versatility across brand, social media, retail, event, merchandise, or product design.
• A proven affinity for multitasking.

Success Metrics

• Delivery of consistent, high-quality design across dealer kits, events and merchandise,social media, brand materials, and bicycle graphics and color concepts.
• Seamless management of multiple projects from brief through production, meeting agreed timelines and providing accurate, production-ready files.
• Strong working relationships with U.S. and global teammates and vendors, with clear communication and adaptation to changing priorities.
