Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Follow physician’s orders, regulations, and facility policies to ensure optimal patient care. Administer medications via various routes as prescribed. Supervise and guide nursing assistants and staff. Assist physicians during rounds, examinations, and treatments. Perform scheduled treatments, document care, and maintain infection control standards. Support quality improvement and assist with patient assessments, admissions, and physicals. Qualifications Licensed RN from an accredited nursing school with current North Carolina license. CPR certification, with ongoing in-service training. Experience in geriatric nursing preferred. Strong supervisory, decision‑making, and communication skills. Dependable, flexible, and able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
