Be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional flooring solutions to our clients. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Project Manager. The Sales Project Manager will oversee flooring projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to budget. This individual will play a vital role in minimizing delays and driving project success.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored flooring solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline project execution and maintain quality standards.
• Track project budgets and timelines, adjusting as necessary to meet client expectations.
• Prepare and present project proposals and updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout project phases.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the flooring or construction industry.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Salary:

• $50,000 base salary + commission.
• Earning potential based on performance and sales results.
