Our granite and polished bronze bar tops invite guests to savor one of our many signature cocktails, while our exhibition‑style kitchens provide a glimpse into the culinary expertise of our team. With dishes ranging from tangy crispy ribs and fresh garden salads to a mouthwatering prime rib dip, our menu offers something for everyone. Responsibilities Prepare dining and patio areas before guests are seated, including cleaning designated areas daily. Place tableware, candles and condiments on tables prior to opening. Serve water and sometimes welcome snacks (i.e. chips and salsa). Refill beverages and prebus tables throughout the shift. Clean and reset tables after guests leave. Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas. Physical Demands Lifting and carrying of items not to exceed 50 lbs. Ability to work in a wet environment. Extensive and prolonged walking, standing, bending, and reaching are required. Grasping and fine manipulation using hands required. Ability to work up to 8-10 hours per day. Other Requirements Must have a current food handler’s card, RBS card (if over 18 years of age). California workplace harassment training, and/or any additional training required by law.
