Description:
The facility has 457 licensed beds and is a Trauma Level III hospital.
It serves as a Teaching Client and is recognized as a Chest Pain Center and Stroke Center of Excellence.
The average number of patients per day will be discussed during the interview.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
Common patient types and diagnoses will also be discussed during the interview.
Required credentials include ARRT certification and BLS certification.
A photo ID will be collected as part of the compliance process.
North Carolina State Licensure is not required.
Skills required will be discussed during the interview.
The department is supported by Radiology nursing and transport.
Electronic Medical Records will be managed using EPIC.
Department-specific equipment includes Siemens and GE machines.
There is no floating required in this position.
A weekend rotation will be discussed during the interview.
The on-call schedule and holiday expectations will also be covered during the interview.
Travelers should expect to work 75% of holidays.
Requests for time off must receive manager approval.
Shift times may vary based on requisition needs.
The schedule cycle will follow a 4-week format.
Scrub color for the position is black.
The department culture emphasizes high-volume settings with accountability for patient-centered care.
