Location: Randolph, 
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00/hour + Overtime

We are hiring experienced movers to step into a lead technician role where you will expand beyond standard moving work into inventory management, restoration services, and team leadership.

What You Will Do

• Lead pack-outs, moving, and secure transport of customer contents
• Wrap, protect, and handle high-value items with care
• Inventory items using mobile software (training provided)
• Coordinate warehouse storage and organization
• Perform contents cleaning and restoration (training provided)
• Supervise and guide crew members on job sites
• Communicate with customers and project managers
• Operate box trucks, trailers, forklifts, and equipment

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in moving, logistics, or warehouse work
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs (team lifting when needed)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Leadership potential (crew lead experience is a plus)
• Comfortable learning basic technology (iPads, apps, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license with insurable record

Pay and Benefits

• $25.00 – $30.00/hour based on experience
• Overtime plus 1.5x pay for emergency work
