QC Manager
NESC Staffing Corp.
Summary The primary responsibility of the Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing all Quality Control, Health & Safety, and Environmental compliance efforts. This includes ensuring all fabricated products meet applicable codes and standards (ASME, ISO 9001:2015, OSHA), leading internal and external audits, maintaining a safe work environment, mentoring QC and safety staff, and supporting process improvement initiatives. This role reports directly to the CEO and supports cross functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and customer representatives.
