Registered Dental Hygienist - $42 to $50/hr

We are seeking a quality-focused dental hygienist for our expanding practice, which offers a supportive and relaxed work atmosphere. Our organization operates as a private Fee-for-Service dental clinic located in Schenectady, NY. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication abilities, a strong work ethic, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a reliable, punctual nature. An active Registered Dental Hygienist license is required for consideration.

Schedule: Part-time position available (Mondays) .

Compensation Structure:

$42-$50+ per hour
Generous biannual bonuses

Responsibilities of the Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) include:

Educating patients on dental health, including tooth care and nutrition
Removing plaque and tartar through scaling and polishing procedures
Taking dental impressions and radiographs
Applying preventive treatments such as prophylactic materials, antibacterial agents, fissure sealants, and topical fluorides to combat tooth decay
Conducting screening and monitoring tasks
Experience in teeth whitening, night guard fabrication, and local anesthesia administration is a plus
