Immediate 2nd Shift Temp-To-Hire Customer Service Specialist Jobs in Northeast Des Moines, IA!

Applicants must have prior logistics experience.

Hours: 3:30pm - 12:00am (Monday-Friday)

Pay: $19.75 / hour

Customer Service Specialist Duties:

Processes customers' orders
Troubleshoots orders and resolves discrepancies
Coordinate and update warehouse on new and modified orders
Review shipping and receiving reports
Processes, audits and files various documentation

Requirements:

1+ year of experience working in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer & math skills.
