Job Title: Tire Builder (Production Line Operator)
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Pay: starting at $17, paid weekly (based on experience) + guaranteed overtime (15-20 hours of overtime weekly)

Shift: 6am - 6pm

Schedule: M-F

About Us We are a family owned company, the only US producer of industrial tires. 

Position Overview We are hiring  Tire Builders to join our production team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn how to build and assemble tires using specialized equipment. 

What You’ll Do

• Build and assemble tires according to quality and safety standards
• Operate and maintain production equipment
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Cross-train across multiple functions within the department, including:
  • Operating presses
  • Injection processes
  • Material handling
  • Quality control

• Ability to perform physical, hands-on work (standing, lifting, repetitive tasks)
• Team-oriented mindset
• Mechanical aptitude
• No experience required—training provided
