What You'll Do Water extraction and emergency response Equipment setup, placement, and daily monitoring Moisture mapping and documentationControlled demolition as needed Daily job documentation (Encircle and related platforms) Clear, professional communication with customers Mentoring and leading field technicians Equipment maintenance and care Following IICRC standards and best practices Emergency on-call rotation What We're Looking For Previous water mitigation experience required WRT (Water Restoration Technician) certification preferred ASD (Applied Structural Drying) a plus Moisture mapping experience Experience with Encircle or similar software is a plus Demonstrated leadership ability in a field environment Professional attitude and strong work ethic Reliable, dependable, and accountable Strong customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What We Offer Starting pay of $25.00/hour Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Ongoing training and professional development IICRC certification opportunities Career advancement based on performance and leadership Modern, well-maintained equipment Stable, year-round work Opportunity to grow into a leadership role We're not looking for the cheapest employee — we're looking for the right one.
