General Manager – Upscale/Fine-Dining Restaurant

Location: Plano, TX
Salary: $100,000–$125,000 annually, based on experience

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume, upscale/fine-dining restaurant in Plano, TX. This individual will oversee daily operations, develop a strong leadership team, drive financial performance, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain managers and team members
• Maintain elevated standards for service, hospitality, food quality, and presentation
• Manage budgets, P&L performance, labor, inventory, and operating costs
• Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations
• Handle guest feedback professionally and build lasting customer relationships
• Create a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture

Qualifications

• 5+ years of General Manager experience in upscale or fine dining
• Experience managing a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, labor, and cost controls
• Proven success developing teams and improving restaurant performance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and guest-service skills
• Wine and beverage knowledge preferred
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
