An award-worthy upscale Indian fine dining concept is seeking an ambitious Assistant General Manager ready to grow into a General Manager and future multi-unit operations leader. This scratch kitchen delivers elevated regional Indian cuisine through multiple dining experiences, including an intimate chef's table, tasting menus, and a high-end cocktail program.

The ideal candidate is a polished hospitality professional with fine dining experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Guest Experience

• Lead daily FOH and overall restaurant operations.
• Ensure exceptional service standards across multiple dining experiences.
• Maintain an active floor presence and resolve guest concerns.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop managers and hourly staff.
• Foster a culture of accountability, hospitality, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare for long-term growth into senior leadership.

Financial & Business Performance

• Support P&L management, labor controls, and operational efficiencies.
• Drive sales growth while maintaining premium service standards.
• Assist with inventory, scheduling, and cost management.

Brand Standards

• Uphold the integrity of a scratch kitchen and elevated dining experience.
• Partner with ownership to execute strategic initiatives and future expansion plans.

Qualifications

• Management experience in fine dining or upscale full-service restaurants required.
• AGM ready for GM advancement preferred; experienced GMs also considered.
• Strong leadership, guest engagement, and team development skills.
• Scratch kitchen and chef-driven concept experience highly desirable.
• QSR backgrounds will not be considered.
• Relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $80,000–$95,000 annually.
• Competitive compensation for the Plano fine dining market.
