Leading a large team of 30 or more staff, this role emphasizes effective staff management, financial oversight, and maintaining compliance with industry standards within a prestigious fine dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a large team of 30+ employees
• Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction
• Oversee inventory control and maintain optimal stock levels
• Handle financial management including budgeting and cost control
• Create and maintain staff schedules to cover all shifts effectively
• Conduct staff training and development programs
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and licensing regulations
• Coordinate special events and private dining experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in restaurant management
