GROWTH MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Location: Telecommute Job Type: Contract Compensation Range: $29 - 34 per hour We are seeking talented Growth Marketing Associates / Performance Marketing Associates on behalf of our client in the digital entertainment and sports/gaming industry. This role will manage end-to-end campaign execution, platform optimization, and creative workflows across paid digital channels to drive critical user acquisition and retention initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at cross-functional coordination with internal brand teams and external creative agencies, and possesses a hands-on approach to launching and optimizing paid social campaigns. Candidates must be commutable to Boston, MA (Tuesday & Wednesday in-office); open to fully remote arrangements for exceptional candidates. Responsibilities: Paid Social & Campaign Management: Execute, manage, and optimize hands-on-keys performance marketing campaigns across paid social platforms (Meta, Snap, TikTok, Twitter/X, and Reddit) to drive user acquisition and retention goals. Cross-Functional Briefing & Agency Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between internal integrated marketing teams and external creative agencies. Develop creative briefs, manage workflow loops, oversee ad trafficking internally, and ensure timely delivery of assets. Testing & Optimization: Implement and track A/B testing strategies, digital media buying optimizations, and bidding approaches (manual and algorithmic) to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). Analytics & Performance Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, extract data-driven insights, and collaborate with analytics stakeholders to report actionable recommendations to leadership. Workflow Efficiency: Utilize modern marketing tools and leverage AI-driven strategies where applicable to streamline production, reporting, and operational workflows. Qualifications: Experience: 2-5 years of direct performance marketing experience with hands-on campaign execution in paid social platforms (Meta, Snap, TikTok, X/Twitter, Reddit). Core Skills: Proven track record in B2C digital user acquisition, ad trafficking, in-platform campaign optimization, and creative workflow management. Mobile app acquisition experience is highly desirable. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis; basic familiarity with SQL is a plus. Soft Skills & Work Style: Highly organized, proactive, and assertive ("Type A") personality with strong communication skills necessary to chase down deliverables across cross-functional internal teams and external partners. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field preferred. Work Arrangement: Ability to work on-site in the Boston office twice a week (Tuesday/Wednesday) is preferred; qualified remote applicants will also be considered.
