Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Forklift Production Operator (2-2-3) 6pm - 6:30am to join their dynamic team. As a Production Operator (2-2-3), you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting the manufacturing team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Forklift  Production Operator (2-2-3) 6pm - 6:30am

Location: Hollywood, FL

Pay Range: $16

Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, rotating on a 2-2-3 schedule

What's the Job?

• Operate manual and automated manufacturing equipment to support production goals ( Forklift )
• Set up machinery and ensure all necessary materials are available for production runs
• Monitor equipment during operation and replenish materials as needed to maintain efficiency
• Visually inspect production runs and document results accurately
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of general work experience with Forklift
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely and effectively
• Basic math skills and reading comprehension
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience in production or manufacturing environments is a plus
