Mount Carmel Health System One of Central Ohio’s largest healthcare networks is seeking a dedicated OBGYN Laborist Physician to join our team and provide exceptional care in a collaborative, patient‑focused environment. Position Highlights Employment Status: 0.9 FTE. Schedule Options: Standard: Three 12‑hour shifts per week. Optional: One 24‑hour shift plus one 12‑hour shift for those who prefer longer blocks. No Outpatient Responsibilities: Focus exclusively on inpatient obstetrics and gynecology. Hospital Locations: Mount Carmel St. Anns – Level III nursery with OSU OB/GYN residents, ~3,500 deliveries/year Mount Carmel East – Level III nursery with Nurse Midwives, ~2,000 deliveries/year Mount Carmel Grove City – Level II with OSU OB/GYN residents, ~1,500 deliveries/year Team Environment: Work alongside experienced OBGYNs, midwives, anesthesiologists, and neonatologists. 24/7 MFM Support: Continuous maternal‑fetal medicine coverage for complex cases. Academic Affiliation: It is essential that you are open to teaching and mentoring residents through our partnership with OSU OBGYN Residency on the Mount Carmel St. Anns Hospital or Mount Carmel Grove City campuses. Technology: Access to DaVinci robotic surgery at all campuses.
