Front Desk Night Audit

Days Inn & Suites, located in the heart of Niagara Falls, is seeking a talented Front Desk Night Audit to join our team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a newly renovated hotel, providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Handling a variety of administrative support tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Providing outstanding customer service to create a positive guest experience
• Managing reservations, including making, changing, and canceling bookings
• Checking in and checking out guests
• Serving breakfast and maintaining cleanliness in the lobby
• Assisting with laundry tasks
• Obtaining reports from the computer system

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great telephone communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Customer-centric approach with a friendly and professional disposition
• Ability to work well in a team and assist colleagues with administrative tasks
• Prior experience as a front desk agent is a plus
