The Marysville facility offers a fast-paced distribution environment focused on safety, accuracy, teamwork, and dependable service.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Forklift Driver 1st Shift Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 17.00 / hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Operate a sit-down forklift and pallet jack to load, unload, move, and organize materials.Prepare and ship orders, including small parcel and LTL shipments, and build pallets for dispatch.Stock and replenish inventory, perform cycle counts, and sort materials to support warehouse operations.Perform general warehouse duties and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with mandatory overtime as business needs require, including extended weekday hours and weekends.Forklift Driver 1st Shift Qualifications:Minimum 6 months of sit-down forklift experience required.Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse where temperatures can become very hot or very cold depending on the season.Must have reliable transportation to the Marysville worksite and be available for mandatory overtime.Must successfully complete a background check, drug screen, and written forklift testing as part of the hiring process.A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
