Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg Tele

Registered Nurse – MS/Tele

Schedule: Weekdays and some weekends. Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30).

Assignment Details: 36 hours per week. Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• IV start, telemetry, and intermediate skills required.
• Epic experience required.
• Previous travel experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding changes.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and discharge planning.
