How you'll make an impact in this role

• Deliver compassionate, direct patient care by assisting with activities of daily living and mobility to ensure patient comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Act as a critical line of defense by observing and reporting changes in patients' physical, mental, and emotional status to the nursing team for rapid, proactive care.
• Document patient care journeys accurately and efficiently to maintain seamless communication across the healthcare team and ensure high-quality records.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming, and sterile environment by managing room cleanliness and equipment readiness, directly contributing to superior infection control and patient satisfaction.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Aide credentialed from the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work in a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Additional certs may be required by specific job locations.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
