Job PostingJob Responsibilities Include:Provide technical expertise for architecting solutions responsive to State Agency priorities and goals.Develop future-state roadmaps, drive consensus, proof of concepts, demonstrate viable paths to modernizing applications to Azure.Suggest ideas to improve system performance and cost reduction.Communicate system architecture to stakeholders and collaborate and coordinate with other developers to adopt new technologies, procedures, and IT standards.Influence others to adopt new technical approaches and solutions.Effective communication of technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Working collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders.Reading and comprehending software requirements, and assisting with estimating efforts.Technical Experience:Bachelor’s and following related experienceStrong analytic, problem-solving skills. Creative thinking skills.Strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.Strong technical skills architecting Azure Cloud solutions.7+ years of experience architecting Azure cloud Solutions and application migration to Azure.Experience in developing application architecture and roadmap in Azure.10+ years of experience with all phases of systems development lifecycle.Experience with building healthcare applications in an Agile framework is a plus.10+ years of experience with IT infrastructure, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Digital Platforms.5+ years of experience in building DevOps and CI/CD pipeline.
