Project Manager - Construction Management

DRB Homes

DRB Homes is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee the delivery of new residential homes in a high-volume environment. You will manage multiple sites with 15-30 homes under construction, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality workmanship. You will collaborate with subcontractors, coordinate inspections, train Superintendents, and maintain budgets while communicating progress to homeowners and Customer Service to resolve issues. #J-18808-Ljbffr
