Full-time, on-site in SouthPark, Monday through Friday. Occasional evenings for events.

Pay and Benefits

• $75,000–$90,000 base salary, plus a 10% target annual bonus

Carnegie Private Wealth manages over $2.5 billion for more than 1,400 households. We’re adding our first dedicated marketing hire to keep our marketing and events running smoothly as the firm grows.

The Role

Love keeping 25 things moving at once? This is the person who makes our marketing and events happen. You’ll take direction from leadership and coordinate with our outside communications consultant and our broker-dealer’s marketing team to get every campaign, piece, and event out the door on time and error-free. This is an execution role, not a strategy role, and it’s a great fit for someone who loves organization, people, and getting the details right.

What You’ll Do

• Be the central point of coordination between leadership, outside marketing partners, and our broker-dealer’s marketing team.
• Track every marketing initiative and keep projects, approvals, and deadlines on schedule.
• Review and proofread materials for accuracy and flag anything that needs a compliance look.
• Plan and run client, community, and firm events, from invitations, RSVPs, and seating to budgets, vendors, and run-of-show.
• Partner with our advisors and their teams to plan and execute their own client events.
• Manage contact lists, sponsorships, promotional items, and internal team-building events.

What You Bring

• 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing, communications, or event coordination.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Strong writing and proofreading skills.
• An outgoing, personable style and comfort working with lots of different people.
• The confidence to catch errors, push back, and politely follow up until things are done.
• Comfort with Outlook, Excel, and Word, and the ability to learn new systems quickly (CRM experience a plus).
• Financial services or other regulated industry experience is a plus.
