Brand Marketing Specialist

Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm Office-based | Permanent position Building Brands and Bringing Ideas to Life Interested in branding, creative campaigns, and how businesses connect with their audiences? We’re looking for a motivated Brand Marketing Specialist in Charlotte, NC to support brand development, coordinate promotional activities, and help maintain a consistent brand identity across marketing materials. This role is suited to someone who combines creativity with organization and enjoys working on projects from initial ideas through to execution. You’ll collaborate with the wider team to develop promotional content, research audiences, coordinate campaign activities, and ensure brand messaging remains clear and consistent. It’s an opportunity to contribute to meaningful marketing projects while developing your skills in branding and communications. Day to Day Support the planning and execution of brand marketing campaigns. Help develop promotional materials, presentations, and brand content. Maintain consistent messaging across digital and printed marketing materials. Research market trends, competitor activity, and target audiences. Coordinate campaign schedules, project deadlines, and promotional activities. Assist with social media content, website updates, and marketing communications. Organize brand assets, marketing resources, and campaign documentation. Monitor campaign activity and help prepare performance reports. Work with internal teams to ensure promotional materials follow brand guidelines. Contribute ideas for improving brand awareness and audience engagement. What’s Important We’re looking for someone who is creative, organized, and comfortable balancing different projects. You should have an eye for detail, enjoy communicating ideas, and understand the importance of presenting a consistent brand image. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Interest in branding, marketing, advertising, or communications. Attention to detail and an understanding of consistent visual messaging. Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, presentations, and digital tools. Able to manage deadlines and work collaboratively with different teams. Previous marketing, content creation, campaign coordination, or branding experience is preferred. Experience with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, or design software is an advantage.
