BA/Scrum Master

This position can be based in either New York, NY or Irving TX- will require 2-3 days per week onsite. We are looking for a BA/Scrum Master with the following requirements:

• 12+ yrs of experience in Project Management, preferably delivering large enterprise based applications, especially web based application in Adobe experience manager
• Excellent problem solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist
• Experience in managing the Scrum projects out of which minimum experience of managing atleast two projects in AEM.
• As a Scrum Master must have thorough understanding and practiced all the Agile principles.
• Plays a leadership role on the team and partners with the product manager/ Business owner/ Customer
• Ability to develop detailed project plans, monitor and track progress and update status to various stake holders
• Hands on experience in RISK management and capacity management. Report and escalate to stakeholders as needed to remove blockers from the team
• Strong experience and understanding of managing projects in online space including web content management AEM.
• Good understanding and Knowledge of Adobe suite products like AEM, Campaign (Client), Target, Marketo etc.
• Having understanding and knowledge of AEM architecture, components and Templates, Authoring and publication
• Manage JIRA and the coordination of agile processes, JIRA experience a plus but not required
• Strong experience in understanding of Agile/SCRUM and in depth knowledge of Scrum values and managing the project in Agile.
• PMI Certification / Scrum Master certified and demonstrated rigor in project management best practices
• Having strong conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work in a global cross functional environment collaborating with internal customers to help support and enhance business systems
• Exceptional team building and team management skills, with proven experience managing virtual (including near and off shore) teams in an international environment
• Proven technical ability to understand the impact of technical changes, and to articulate high level technical solutions to address business problems
• Bachelors degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or similar discipline
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
