We’re looking for a Pizza & Sandwich Cook to join our culinary team and help execute some of the food our guests know and love.

The Pizza & Sandwich Cook is responsible for preparing and executing pizzas, sandwiches, and related menu items to WINNER standards. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in good food, clean work, and consistent execution.

You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to prepare mise en place, manage your station during service, and produce food that is delicious, properly portioned, and consistently presented.

We’re looking for someone who is fast, focused, dependable, and genuinely excited about cooking.

• Prepare and execute pizzas, sandwiches, and related menu items according to WINNER recipes and specifications.
• Complete daily prep and mise en place accurately and efficiently.
• Work a pizza and/or sandwich station during service while maintaining quality and pace.
• Stretch, shape, top, and bake pizzas according to established standards.
• Prepare and cook sandwich components, sauces, vegetables, proteins, and other ingredients as assigned.
• Monitor cooking times, temperatures, portions, and presentation.
• Keep your station clean, organized, stocked, and ready throughout service.
• Communicate with fellow cooks and kitchen leadership about ticket flow, prep needs, product levels, and any issues.
• Label, date, store, and rotate ingredients properly.
• Follow all food safety, allergen, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Help with opening, closing, cleaning, and other kitchen responsibilities as needed.
• Support the team during busy periods and jump in wherever help is needed.
• Continue developing your culinary skills and learn additional stations and WINNER menu items over time.

• Previous professional kitchen experience preferred.
• Experience with pizza, sandwiches, or high-volume restaurant service is a plus.
• Strong basic cooking and knife skills.
• Ability to follow recipes and execute consistently.
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality or cleanliness.
• Strong attention to detail and station organization.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Food Handler certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of a professional kitchen, with or without reasonable accommodation.
