Exam Proctor

The Law School is seeking part-time Exam Proctors to assist with exam administration. This is a part-time position (up to 29 hours/week) with the ability to work the following shifts from December 1, 2026 to December 16, 2026 and/or April 26, 2027 to May 11, 2027.

Monday-Friday 10:30am to 4:30pm or 4:30pm to 10:30pm

Saturday: 10:30am to 4:30pm.

Responsibilities:

• Administer tests and exams to Scalia Law students;
• Follow established procedures to maintain test security and confidentiality;
• Provide instructions to test-takers and answering questions related to the testing process;
• Monitor the test-taking process to ensure compliance with testing policies and procedures;
• Report any suspicious behavior or violations of testing policies;
• Collect and return test materials to the appropriate personnel;
• Communicate any issues or concerns with the testing process to the appropriate personnel; and
• Maintain accurate records related to testing and test-takers.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Experience in a fast-paced environment;
• Comfortable working in a diverse environment;
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear instructions to test-takers;
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information;
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures to ensure test security and confidentiality;
• Professional customer service and collaboration skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; and
• Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods of time; Ability to bend, stoop, and reach; and Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 lbs.
