AI Implementation Strategist

Role Description The AI Implementation Strategist will work directly with executives and leadership teams to design, implement, and refine AI workflows tailored to their day-to-day operations. This contract, hybrid role is based in Los Angeles, CA, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the week. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, mapping executive workflows, configuring AI tools such as Command Room, and guiding clients through adoption and change management. The strategist will run hands‑on sessions, build prompts and automations, and iterate on solutions based on real usage and outcomes. The role also involves synthesizing client feedback into actionable insights, documenting best practices, and collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve implementation playbooks. Qualifications Strong skills in AI solution design and implementation, including prompt engineering, workflow mapping, and practical application of LLM-based tools. Experience working with executives or senior leaders to adopt new technologies, including stakeholder management, facilitation, and change enablement. Ability to translate complex business processes into clear, repeatable AI-supported workflows and documentation. Comfort running live, hands‑on client sessions, training individuals and small groups, and adapting on the fly based on their needs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts in straightforward, non-technical language. Background in management consulting, operations, product, or a similar role focused on driving measurable business outcomes is highly beneficial. Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with limited structure.
