ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Assistant Manager with Jessica Fitzgerald State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Speak with prospects to quote their insurance and educate on insurance.
• Help new customers through the sales process.
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
• Train and mentor customer service representatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years of experience in customer service.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Bi-lingual Spanish speaking

Compensation: $43,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
