Lead Resident Engineer — Civil Infrastructure

An employee-owned engineering firm in Crown Point is seeking a Resident Engineer to manage construction projects across Indiana. Responsible for overseeing project documentation, facilitating communication with clients, and ensuring adherence to engineering standards, the ideal candidate will have a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 8-10 years of relevant experience. Indiana Professional Engineer license is required alongside certification in INDOT Construction Inspection Proficiencies.
